About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, personable, and hardworking individual to work in a dynamic and fast-growing specialty line of insurance. As a Trainee, you will assist with operational aspects of the business, service existing clients in the trade and commodities sectors, and acquire and develop new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the growth of the business.
  • Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and areas of growth to expand the client base.
  • Plan and implement insurance programs tailored to clients' demands and needs.
  • Take ownership of your work and drive your own success in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • You are an enthusiastic graduate with a drive for business and a willingness to work in a start-up environment.
  • Any internship experience within insurance is highly advantageous, but not essential.
  • You have a desire to build a career in the insurance market, particularly within trade credit.
  • You have experience working in high-pressure, multi-tasking, and customer-focused environments.
  • You are eager to take the initiative and get stuck in from day one.

Additional Information

  • Base Salary: £25,000 with an OTE of £35,000.
  • Hybrid working arrangement after probation and training.
