We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Acorn Insurance. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and resolve claims in accordance with policy and procedure
- Provide empathetic service to clients who have been involved in road traffic incidents
- Liaise with external companies and internal departments to effectively process claims
- Monitor and manage claims to ensure all services are provided in an agreed timescale
- Identify and initiate potential recoveries from third parties
- Handle complaints in line with FCA guidelines
- Identify key requirements for replacement vehicles
- Work to agreed SLA's and KPI's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Naturally empathetic and the ability to connect with people
- Quick fast-paced problem-solving ability
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good IT skills and a confident communicator
- Motivated self-starter
