About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Acorn Insurance. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and resolve claims in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Provide empathetic service to clients who have been involved in road traffic incidents
  • Liaise with external companies and internal departments to effectively process claims
  • Monitor and manage claims to ensure all services are provided in an agreed timescale
  • Identify and initiate potential recoveries from third parties
  • Handle complaints in line with FCA guidelines
  • Identify key requirements for replacement vehicles
  • Work to agreed SLA's and KPI's
Requirements
