Print Management Account Executive

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive to join our team. As an integral member of the sales department, you will provide support and back-up for your designated account team, ensuring all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of customers' needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement.
  • Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses within the target response time.
  • Confirming, monitoring, and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Managing the production board for your account team, ensuring it is always up to date and contains the correct information.
  • Managing website imagery for your account team and managing artwork and proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of working within the print industry, with experience of Direct Mail being desirable but not essential. If you are a creatively minded individual with a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
