Position Overview:
As a Reporting and Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a leading facilities management company. This position involves working within a dedicated team to oversee the tracking and completion of reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Daily oversight of reactive task completion and coordination with engineering teams.
2. Assisting in the management of the Maximo CAFM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Collaborating with senior management to ensure outstanding jobs are addressed promptly, with updated notes and responses.
4. Maintaining O&M Manuals and updating the CAFM system with new assets and PPM following project completions.
5. Ensuring compliance with all documentation related to works performed.
6. Supporting the Support Services Manager by generating monthly service reports, weekly updates on failures, and utilization reports as needed.
7. Monitoring contract performance weekly to identify trends and minimize failures, providing feedback and updates to promote best practices.
8. Leading sessions on outstanding works with Technical Service Managers to ensure workflow is completed within contractual timelines.
9. Conducting data and trend analysis to facilitate continuous improvement using research and forecasting techniques.
10. Performing monthly service audits as per the established schedule.
11. Logging Helpdesk calls and assigning reactive tasks to engineers as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Extensive administrative experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and report generation, particularly with Maximo 7.5.
- Experience in facilities management or within the NHS/Hospital sector.
- A minimum of GCSE-level education.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A solid understanding of confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- A professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
