Neonatal Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at the Royal Free Hospital. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborn babies who require specialized medical attention.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care to babies with high dependency and special care needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage clinical emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care.
- Support and educate parents, students, and new staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care.
- Contribute to timely discharge planning for babies on the unit.
- Recent experience in caring for newborn babies.
- Child Protection awareness and training.
- Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to educating junior staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- High standards of documentation.
- Negotiation and advocacy skills for children and families.

Salary: £34,521 to £41,956 per annum inclusive of HCAS.
