Job Title: Internal Sales Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Support Representative to join our team at Insite Finance. As an Internal Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by processing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Manage Customer Orders: Process and manage incoming customer orders, pro-forma invoices, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Upsell Products and Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to increase sales growth by upselling products and services to customers.
  • Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize repeat business and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the external sales team to drive sales and profitability.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure Timely Communication: Ensure timely communication with warehouses for order fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Manage Phone Calls and Email Inquiries: Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a busy office environment, preferably in internal sales or customer service.
  • Skills: Strong people skills, results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, customer-focused, and ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
  • Work Environment: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
