Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at De Vere. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle room key cards, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a front desk or reception position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using IT software and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) would be an advantage.
