Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Supervisor to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our store operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Allocate workload and conduct team briefs to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the management team to improve processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the department's performance.
- Support with upcoming projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is up-to-date and that stock takes are conducted regularly.
