Job Summary:
WRK Digital is partnering with a global logistics organization to secure an experienced Transformation Project Manager as they embark on a significant period of business transformation.
About the Role:
The Transformation Project Manager will be leading on three key areas and demonstrable experience will be required given the criticality of the initiative:
- Comms Management and Delivery: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
- Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks and impacts on the business.
- End User Training: Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are equipped to adapt to the changes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for engaging stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Experience in creating, elevating, and delivering global communication plans.
- Ability to manage and assess change impact requests against scope and focus on business outcomes and deliverable objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills in a federated delivery environment, ideally with international stakeholders.
What We Offer:
This role is based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
