Our nursery is a 92-place setting that has been designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Each room is filled with handpicked resources to encourage self-directed play and discovery, as well as a love for the outdoors. We offer our team great training opportunities, excellent facilities, and the satisfaction of delivering truly outstanding care for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all teams within the nursery, working alongside the Manager.
  • Work alongside the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
  • Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
  • Lead and support your team, together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS Curriculum and Ofsted are met.
Requirements
  • Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years' experience of working in a nursery and at least 2 years' experience of a leadership role.
