Salary: per hour plus uncapped commissions

Job Overview:

United Kingdom Education Centre is seeking a dynamic and highly driven Education Consultant to join our team in Coventry. As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting international education and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit international students and contribute to the team's recruitment target.
  • Plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities to promote our services and achieve targets.
  • Provide professional consultation services to students and deal with their enquiries.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and address general or specific enquiries.
  • Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, and participate in recruitment events.
  • Attend company training and deliver information sessions at regular meetings. Also, participate in university information sessions and familiarisation trips.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Strong direct marketing skills.
  • Strong sense of market knowledge.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, maturity, reliability, and honesty.
  • Commitment to teamwork but also dependable enough to work individually with minimum supervision.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Network or customer base in the local international student community would be a distinct advantage.
  • Permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
