Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven individual to join our team as an Education Consultant in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting international education and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit international students and assist the team in achieving recruitment targets.
  • Plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities to promote our services and achieve targets.
  • Provide professional consultation services to students and deal with their enquiries.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and field general or specific enquiries.
  • Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, and participate in recruitment events.
  • Be available for ad hoc and regular company training and deliver information sessions at regular company meetings.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent sales skills and strong direct marketing skills.
  • Strong sense of market knowledge and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, maturity, reliability, and honesty.
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to work individually with minimum supervision.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Network or customer base in the local international student community would be an advantage.
