Senior Commissioning Manager
Venn Group is seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager to join our team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of an options appraisal to implement the Targeted Lung Health Checks programme (TLHC) in the Derbyshire region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the national and local cancer agenda, as well as experience in commissioning and the public sector. They will be responsible for providing direction and line management to the commissioning team, as well as supporting the Head of Service in the implementation of strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing commissioning strategies to drive transformation and value for money
- Providing reports and updates to stakeholders, including financial and activity dashboards
- Collaborating with partner organisations, including ICB, Local Authorities, and primary care
- Coordinating the delivery of QIPP through relevant work streams and commissioning managers
