About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team at Canon UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and monitoring of our Supply Chain logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and analyze logistics forecast reports to ensure third-party partners meet required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor daily inbound shipments to port and warehouses, ensuring timely delivery into the warehouse.
  • Administer marine insurance claims, including obtaining documentation and resolving disputes with logistics providers.
  • Run and distribute weekly and monthly reports on inbound and outbound movements to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs.
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics, preferably with a mix of air/sea/truck.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Competent in managing queries, resolving issues, and working with multiple stakeholders.
