Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and monitoring of Supply Chain logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management and monitoring of Supply Chain logistics operations, including producing logistics forecast reports and analyzing service levels.
  • Ensure third-party partners meet required SLAs by producing and analyzing forecast reports, logging and reporting on exceptions, and analyzing service levels.
  • Monitor daily inbound shipments to port and warehouses, ensuring action is taken where necessary to achieve on-time delivery into the warehouse.
  • Administer all marine insurance claims for Canon UK, including obtaining documentation, logging on the broker system, and ensuring closure of claims.
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics, preferably with a mix of air/sea/truck.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience of working in a Business Operations/Supply Chain environment is desirable.
  • Basic project management skills are desirable.
