Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy care.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one care to a child with a tracheostomy, working closely with our specialist nursing team to ensure the child's needs are met. You will be required to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends, and will need to be flexible with your availability.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care, preferably with children with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
