About the Role:

As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to children in their own homes. This will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. This will involve working with parents and carers to understand their child's needs and preferences, and providing support and guidance to help them care for their child.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
