Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Specialist to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a 5-year-old child with a tracheostomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to the child, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and other complex medical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the child's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest care practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field, preferably with a focus on complex care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and ability to work in the UK.
