Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to children with tracheostomies, including:

  • Assisting with tracheostomy care and management
  • Providing respiratory care, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation
  • Supporting with bowel management and enteral feeding
  • Assisting with complex medication administration
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to children and their families
