About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Practitioner to join our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support and assistance to service users, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Support service users to explore housing options, engage with landlords and housing officers, and develop independent living skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service that is responsive to the needs of service users.
