Freight Import Coordinator

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Freight Import Specialist to join our growing team at The Sure Group. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for coordinating air and sea import shipments, managing collections, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Arranging Shipments: Coordinate air and sea import shipments from global origins, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Managing Collections: Organize collections with selected transport companies, streamlining the logistics process.
- Effective Liaison: Communicate with senders and receivers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Documentation: Handle import documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
- Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance and entries within the customs system, minimizing delays and costs.
- Invoicing: Process invoicing and billing efficiently, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in sea and air import operations.
- Possesses knowledge and experience of customs procedures and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with customers to a high standard.
