Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Engage with customers, manage and respond to all inquiries, and foster positive relationships to support new business growth.
  • Logistics Coordination: Provide daily coordination of logistics activities, both operational and administrative, for our clients.
  • Service Delivery: Plan and monitor service delivery to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update records of customer feedback and financial records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Create and maintain spreadsheets, systems, and databases to accurately track information for import and export shipments.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Confident user of MS Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak confidently on the phone and work well with others.
  • Experience: Prior experience working within Freight Forwarding would be desirable but not essential.
  • Personal Qualities: Desire to learn and build a career within a busy environment.
