We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our client's growing team in Birmingham. As a key member of the Business Support team, you will be responsible for coaching, managing, and developing a team of administrative professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals to achieve business objectives.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with lawyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders across the firm.
- **Customer Service**: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure that all interactions with clients and colleagues are professional and courteous.
