Temporary, 4 hours per week – 4.45pm – 6.45pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays with occasional overtime in school holidays

Pay Rate:
£11.44 p/h


Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced youth worker to join The Arc in Westcliffe, Scunthorpe. The successful candidate will work directly with children, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective youth programs. They will be responsible for planning and implementing activities, building relationships with children and their families, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging youth programs that meet the needs of children and young people
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of youth services and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a youth work or related setting
  • Proven track record of delivering effective youth programs and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
