Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
- Contribute to variance analysis and ownership of the ledger, including costings and sales margin analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders, such as the Head of Operations and Head of Engineering, to drive business growth.
- Prepare VAT returns, P&L, and fixed asset reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Qualified by experience or studying towards AAT Level 4.
- Experience in preparing management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
- Knowledge of sales or product margin analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to commit to 5 days on site per week.
