Senior Aviation Broker
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aviation Broker to join our team at Nashrock Insurance Recruitment. As a Senior Aviation Broker, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Aviation accounts, developing new client and underwriter relationships, and actively looking to grow the portfolio by a commercially minded approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing Worldwide Aviation accounts
- Ensuring a first-class service to clients and partners to ensure accounts are renewed annually
- Developing new client and underwriter relationships
- Actively looking to grow the portfolio by a commercially minded approach
- Working closely with the Broker Support Team to ensure timely and accurate market documentation
- Placing complex Aviation risks into the London Market Insurance
- The option to travel globally and develop new relationships
- Eventually building and leading a team
Requirements
- 5-7 + years of Lloyd's Broking experience
- Experience in Aviation insurance/reinsurance risks
- Strong client and market facing skills
- Solid negotiation skills with a commercially minded approach
