Job Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive engagement and outbound calls.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
