Commercial Litigation Law Clerk

Location: Central London
Mckinlay Law is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to provide case management support in a prestigious London law firm. The role will involve a mix of commercial litigation and sports law, with a focus on deposition and trial preparation, document collation and production.
Duties:
- Conducting legal research, including preparing chronologies of events and summaries
- Liaising with counsel to ensure effective case management
- Assisting attorneys in preparing witness statements and coordinating trial preparation
- Preparing and filing statements of case, court bundles, and other submissions and documents in adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and other proceedings
- Summarizing testimony and assisting with the administration of matters
- Checking and proofreading legal documents and organizing client files
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a paralegal in a litigation team, with experience in sports law being beneficial.
