Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Paralegal Opportunity

McKinlay Law is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their commercial litigation and arbitration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a top commercial litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
  2. Preparing and organizing trial bundles and documents
  3. Reviewing and drafting witness statements, instructions to counsel, and other legal documents
  4. Liaising with counsel and clients to ensure effective communication
  5. Providing administrative support for pre- and post-litigation duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of commercial litigation and arbitration procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
