Finitas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to enhance our compliance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly updates of the central complaints register.
- Support the completion of due diligence inquiries from insurers and intermediaries.
- Integrate compliance training modules into the company’s digital learning platform.
- Participate in Compliance Team Meetings and Product Governance Committee discussions.
- Assist with requests related to Data Subject Access as they arise.
- Manage the maintenance of the broker management system, both domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in compliance or auditing roles.
- Strong understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage sector is essential.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; self-motivated and a team player.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
