  • Administer the weekly payroll using financial software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-check employee hours against time off forms, sickness forms, and overtime sheets.
  • Handle incoming queries and liaise with the management team to resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Assist in the administration of weekly production reporting, analyzing anomalies to help manage performance.
  • Perform general administrative duties and collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the purpose of various reports and how to complete them effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the role.
