About the Role:
The British Psychotherapy Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our work and mission. This exciting opportunity would suit a fundraising professional with effective leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to increase income and grow our current fundraising streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including trusts, foundations, individual donors, and corporate partners.
- Manage successful, multi-stream fundraising campaigns and achieve income targets.
- Work closely with the Director of Academic and Strategic Development to develop and implement fundraising initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fundraising trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Effective leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with fundraising software, channels, and customer/donor relationship management tools (CRMs).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
