Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects within the construction industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the construction industry. You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello
