Associate Director Role

Cambridge Credentials is seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join their London-based Joint Ventures and Alliances team. As a key member of the Deal Execution practice, you will be responsible for leading complex joint venture engagements and driving business development in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, negotiate, and build partnerships deals, leveraging industry expertise and consultancy skills.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in strategic options assessments, valuation, business planning, legal agreements negotiation, and project management of joint venture deals.
  • Proactively drive business development, undertaking scoping and budgeting of engagements, and supporting the development of joint venture-related thought leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Firm's risk management frameworks and inspire, motivate, coach, and develop project team members and appraisers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing, negotiating, and building partnerships deals, ideally in an industry or consultancy firm.
  • Experience across a number of JV-related issues, including strategic options assessments, valuation, business planning, legal agreements negotiation, and project management of JV deals.
