We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to deliver extensive high-level HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle for educational personnel within our academies. The role is dynamic and diverse, ensuring that each day presents new challenges. We seek an individual who excels in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to a dedicated team.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing confidential administrative assistance to the schools in the London and South Region, facilitating the efficient operation of the HR department. This encompasses comprehensive HR support for the schools, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding processes, administration of AET benefits, and payroll functions. If you are a skilled, innovative team player with a genuine interest in HR, we would be delighted to hear from you.
In January 2025, our central office will transition to a new location, continuing to uphold a hybrid working policy. During term time, employees are expected to spend three days per week either at the new office or in our schools, while offering complete flexibility in working location during non-term periods.
