Job Description

Project Leader - TQP and SI Maturity

Role Overview:

As a Project Leader for Tutoring and Qualification Path (TQP) and SI Maturity, you will play a critical role in deploying TQP processes and supporting SI maturity at various international sites. Your main objective will be to understand and bridge the gaps in training and qualification, ensuring the processes are effectively deployed and supporting the self-inspection maturity of the teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement already written TQP processes within the Final Assembly Lines (FALs).
  • Oversee the lead time of the training path (6 to 8 months) to ensure new comers reach the required qualification levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis, define needs, and deploy solutions.
  • Assist team leaders, operators, and FALs management with SI KPI analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget and Resources Analysis: Assess the impact of the project on budget and resources, focusing on the availability of tutors and budget impact on OP 2025.
  • Data Consolidation and Surveillance: Provide support in data consolidation and surveillance to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.
  • Coaching and Training: Offer coaching and training to become a referent on SI maturity use.

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process deployment and SI maturity.
  • Ability to conduct thorough gap analysis and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in budget and resource impact analysis.
  • Strong coaching and training abilities to support team development.
