Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave. As the heartbeat of our online presence, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and overseeing email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other digital content to support demand generation.
  • Plan, create, and send targeted email campaigns using our email marketing software.
  • Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop sales collateral, including webinars, playbooks, flyers, and one-pagers, to assist the sales team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns, using insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing campaign plans.
Requirements
  • Creativity and an eye for design to create compelling visual content that captures our brand's essence.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A portfolio of previous work or examples of social media/content creation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across all digital content.
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral.
