Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, digital, social media, direct mail, public relations, and advertising.
  • Assisting in the execution of the marketing strategy to ensure maximum brand engagement.
  • Managing and updating event websites to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Creating and modifying design assets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Crafting and editing marketing materials, including emails, direct mail, and website content, in line with our brand voice.
  • Producing clear and effective briefs for external vendors and internal teams.
  • Coordinating with external marketing partners, including creative agencies and printers.
  • Handling marketing administration tasks such as scheduling, proofreading, and monitoring competitor activities.
  • Leveraging technology effectively, utilizing tools such as Trello, Pardot, and Canva.
  • Staying updated on marketing trends and sharing insights with the team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimizing budget allocations based on channel performance.

Qualifications:

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role within the events or exhibition sector is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for creativity and detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
