Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient horticulturist to contribute to the propagation and cultivation of our invaluable plant collections.

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge and practical experience in various propagation methods, alongside expertise in irrigation systems, plant nutrition, pest and disease control, and the operation of relevant machinery. A Level 2 qualification in horticulture or a comparable credential is preferred.

Candidate Profile

The collections encompass plants of significant conservation and scientific importance, and your responsibilities will include maintaining precise records to uphold these standards. A genuine passion for plants and a commitment to expanding your knowledge within a distinctive botanical environment is essential.
