We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Lead to provide support to the Chief Information Security Office. The IAM function works closely with business units and the wider information security team to ensure that effective IAM controls, policies, and procedures are established, adhering to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee a strategic, all-encompassing enterprise IAM framework, guidelines, and best practices focused on safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
- Direct IAM projects and design initiatives to address intricate requirements centered on cybersecurity, including executing user access recertification campaigns.
- Create a reporting framework based on metrics to track progress, assess the efficiency and effectiveness of systems/frameworks, and aid in resource distribution.
- Conduct access control activities such as user access reviews, facilitate the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, and manage role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Provide operational leadership and act as a primary liaison between the IAM team and senior executive leadership, including delivering KPI and KRI reports to various governance bodies.
- Stay informed about security challenges and best practices concerning risk management. Monitor emerging threats and trends, advising relevant stakeholders on suitable actions.
- Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, application development, and security teams to ensure cohesive IAM solutions.
- Oversee the onboarding of new applications in accordance with the IAM framework and processes.
- Assist the CISO in formulating an IAM technology strategy that aligns with the broader IT strategy and roadmap.
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance and Access Management.
- Technical security expertise with familiarity in relevant technical architecture, environments, platforms, and industry procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of various IAM-related product suites and tools to make critical operational and strategic decisions, including Active Directory, SailPoint, ADFS, Azure AD, CyberArk, and PowerShell Scripts.
- Extensive knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and discretionary access control (DAC).
- Awareness of information security principles, tools, processes, procedures, and frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
- Ability to mentor others to enhance security knowledge and skills.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Proficient in planning, taking ownership, organizing, and completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to critically assess approaches, strategies, and implementations to ensure continuous improvement in Information Security.
