About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Identity to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a critical role in driving automation and simplification to our IAM estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and implement the IAM strategy in collaboration with the Head of Enterprise IT.
  • Work closely with strategic partners to drive automation of our complex estate and improve the overall Employee Experience.
  • Maintain the operational excellence of our IAM systems, services, and fulfillment, ensuring high availability and resilience for business continuity.
  • Own the security and continuous development of your responsible area, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure programmes are delivered on time and of quality, and that 3rd party vendors/suppliers provide a high-quality service.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a sophisticated IDAM estate in a large organization.
  • Proven experience and understanding of SAML/SCIM and driving a security-first approach to IDAM.
  • Technical understanding of Okta, Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, One Identity, Pirean, and Ping Identity.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in M&A's and consolidating platforms to build a simpler identity and access management estate.
