Job Description

Xaver is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Coach to join our team. As a Support Coach, you will play a vital role in facilitating a support group for individuals in need of guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a support group once a month for 2 hours, working alongside a co-facilitator to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Welcome participants, encourage discussion, and address sensitive issues or conflicts that may arise during the group meeting.
  • Ensure meetings run smoothly and efficiently, allowing all participants to share their thoughts and experiences.
  • Submit brief statistics to Xaver after each meeting, providing valuable insights into the group's dynamics.
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting and empowering others, with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
  • Experience working with groups or individuals in a support capacity, with a focus on mental health and well-being.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with participants.
  • Reliability and commitment to facilitating a meeting once or twice a month, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Benefits
