Job Summary:

Advanced Energy is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation of our products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Travel as needed to support remote customers and attend industry events

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Computer literacy and ability to comprehend technical specifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
