Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other specialist workers to offer group-based interventions to families.
- Utilize the Family Safeguarding Model to identify and address the needs of children and families.

- Provide high-quality reflective supervision to strengthen information sharing and decision-making.
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to supporting families.
Requirements:
- Hold a recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Have a current driving license and access to a car.
- possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Have experience of managing complex cases and demonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
- Be able to build effective relationships with colleagues, individuals, and external organizations.
