Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other specialist workers to offer group-based interventions to families.
  • Utilize the Family Safeguarding Model to identify and address the needs of children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support families in achieving positive change.
  • Provide high-quality reflective supervision to strengthen information sharing and decision-making.
  • Work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to supporting families.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Have a current driving license and access to a car.
  • possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Have experience of managing complex cases and demonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Be able to build effective relationships with colleagues, individuals, and external organizations.
