Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Verification

Verify that our products meet the required specifications and standards.

Supplier Quality Management

Review and approve supplier documentation, and ensure that suppliers meet our quality standards.

Quality Documentation

Compile and maintain quality documentation, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gauge R&R.

Quality Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to improve their quality skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  1. Engineering Background

You should have a strong engineering background, ideally in the automotive or engineering fasteners industry.

Quality Knowledge

You should have a good understanding of quality management principles, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gauge R&R.

Technical Skills

You should be proficient in the use of general inspection equipment, including micrometers, callipers, and Keyence IM machines.

Communication Skills

You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with our team members and suppliers.

Working Hours

Our working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 12pm on Fridays.
