Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for designing and executing lead generation initiatives while ensuring efficient lead transfer from the initiation of the campaign to its conclusion. Your role will involve creating marketing campaigns, developing necessary assets, and managing project timelines. By collaborating with delivery partners, you will ensure appropriate pacing of campaigns, oversee quality assurance, manage lead transfers, and provide internal and client reporting.
You will ensure that all leads adhere to quality benchmarks and align with the defined client scope. Close collaboration with our Client Success team and external partners will be essential. Furthermore, you will manage the technical components of executing content syndication campaigns, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy regulations, and striving to enhance syndication processes.
This role offers a hybrid working model.
As a Campaign Operations Manager at Next 15, you will:
Assume complete responsibility for designated campaigns, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their full lifecycle. Engage with delivery teams for updates and support, collaborate with client success teams on campaign status, and cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure they comprehend the specific requirements of each campaign. Track campaign performance, address issues promptly, and work with team members to devise swift solutions. Utilize insights to refine processes and develop mitigation strategies to prevent future occurrences. Create campaign assets, uploading them to the Campaign Management Platform (CMP) in accordance with established workflows. Work alongside client services teams to source appropriate assets and secure timely approvals for campaign launches. Exhibit precision and thoroughness in all Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities. Take full accountability for the meticulous review of leads and campaigns. Become proficient in operational practices and technology platforms that support client delivery. Adhere to these practices and leverage technology to ensure effective campaign execution. Propose innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency of the delivery team.You will bring:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering content syndication or lead generation campaigns. Experience within a multi-service marketing agency. A solid understanding of effective operational delivery. Familiarity with QA responsibilities. Insight into the demand generation industry, market trends, and client requirements.
