Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Northampton. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the management and director teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Support the accounting team with credit control and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic.
  • Background in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using desktop computers and/or laptops, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Light data entry and credit control experience.
