About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control centre budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Represent Places Leisure at external events and meetings, promoting our brand and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a leisure facility.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • First aid experience is desirable.
