Job Title: Staff Atlassian Developer

Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption of Atlassian tools across Arm, enhancing collaboration and efficiency. As a Staff Atlassian Developer, you'll engage with teams across the organization, promoting consistency, embedding new features, and methodologies to empower Arm's people to achieve great things.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding teams on effective use of Jira and Confluence to meet their requirements.
  • Developing and delivering improvement initiatives.
  • Owning process controls to protect environment integrity and performance.
  • Supporting the support team in addressing complex requests and making informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with Arm's IT department to monitor usage and performance, identifying actions to maintain effective services.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in configuring and administering Jira and Confluence Data Center products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and technical direction skills.
  • Inquisitive and proactive approach to quality improvements.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Java and Python.
  • Experience as a Linux Systems Administrator.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party plugins and Atlassian certifications.
