Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to our teams on the effective use of Jira and Confluence to meet their business requirements.
- Develop and deliver solutions for improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Own and manage process controls to protect the integrity and performance of our Atlassian environments.
- Collaborate with our support team to address complex requests and make informed decisions to drive the right outcomes.
- Work closely with our IT department to monitor usage and performance, identifying opportunities to maintain effective services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships across large organizations.
- Expertise in configuring and administering Jira and Confluence Data Center products, with a strong background in project management, software development, and business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to proactively seek opportunities, design solutions, and collaborate effectively through to completion.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to provide technical direction and make informed decisions.
- Inquisitive and proactive approach, with a willingness to question the status quo and recommend quality improvements.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Experience as a Linux Systems Administrator.
- Knowledge of 3rd party plugins, including ScriptRunner, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, Appfire Project Configurator, and Confluence macros.
- Atlassian certifications in Jira and Confluence Data Center.
